<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic revolving door usable by everybody with ease and at their own paces by eliminating accidents due to pinching while preferring the life. <P>SOLUTION: The door body of this automatic revolving door is formed rotatably around the axis while the end edge of the door is in proximity to the inner surface of a fixed wall. The automatic revolving door comprises an infrared transmitting device 36 and an infrared receiving device 38 detecting the rotating position of the door body, a brake device 64 braking the door body, and a door control part 71 stopping the rotation of the door body by operating the brake device 64 when the infrared receiving device 38 detects that the door body is rotated to a position where an access port is opened and, after a predetermined time is passed, starting the rotation of the door body by a motor 25. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
