<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semitransmissive liquid crystal panel or the like in which an opening ratio can be improved and colors in transmissive display light and reflective display light can be independently adjusted. <P>SOLUTION: A circuit layer 120 including a TFT 121, a first color layer 131, a reflection layer 140, a second color layer 132, a pixel electrode 150, and a photo spacer 160 are laid in this order on a pixel substrate 100. The reflection layer 130 overlaps the TFT 121. The reflection layer 140 is made of a conductive material and in contact with a drain electrode 121d and the pixel electrode 150 to electrically connect the both electrodes 121d, 150. The first color layer 131 for transmissive display is colored to give a desired display color when a beam transmits once. The second color layer 132 for reflective display is colored to give a desired display color when a beam transmits twice. The thickness t2 in the liquid crystal layer 300 above the second color layer 132 is controlled to a half of the thickness t1 above the first color layer 131. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
