<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily manufacturable ball screw mechanism with a simple constitution, which prevents components from being loosened or the like due to vibration or the like. <P>SOLUTION: A headed rivet 5 is inserted into through-holes 2d, 2d of a nut 2 and through-holes 4d, 4d of a body 4a. Then, the tips 5b, 5b of the headed rivet 5 are plastically deformed. Consequently, it is not necessary to use a screw or the like unlike the conventional technique since a circulation member 4 is mounted to the nut 2.
