PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic machine and a photographing device, which surely get waterproof by a simple structure. SOLUTION: The electronic machine includes: an electronic component for carrying out predetermined processing; a cable mounted on the electronic component for electrically connecting the component with an external device; a case equipped with an insertion port for permitting the cable to pass through, and storing the electronic component inside; and a gap member for filling a clearance between the cable and the case. The cable includes an electric wire, a tube constituted of an elastic material for surrounding the wire, and a reinforcement member constituted of a rigid material for surrounding a part of the tube corresponding to the insertion port.
