PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a noise canceler and a microphone device, capable of suppressing fluctuation of a volume level of voice output noise so that background noise may not jar. SOLUTION: A regular noise detecting means 1a analyses a voice signal and detects regular noise in the signal and transmits it to a noise canceling means 1b. The noise canceling means 1b inputs the voice signal whose echo component is reduced, and based on a detection result by the regular noise detecting means 1a, the regular noise is reduced from the voice signal. On the other hand, a suppressor 3 sets a suppress level for reducing voice output according to a level of the voice signal and performs suppressing process. A noise level control means 1c controls a noise level included in the voice signal in which the regular noise is reduced by the noise cancel means 1b, according to the suppress level of the suppressor.
