PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge for photosensitive recording medium in which exposure of a photosensitive recording medium can be prevented effectively also dust guard can be performed by performing appropriately light shielding and dust guard between a cartridge main body and a light shielding plate. SOLUTION: The cartridge 2 housing a photosensitive recording disk 4 is provided with a cartridge main body 11 having internal openings 18, 19 exposing a part of the recording disk 4 to the outside, a light shielding plate 12 attached to the outside of the cartridge main body 11 and having external openings 14, 15 opposing to the internal openings 18, 19, and a shutter 13 opening and closing the internal openings 18, 19 and the external openings 14, 15 between the cartridge main body 11 and the light shielding plate 12, concave parts 25e, 26e to which an end edge 12d of the outer periphery of the light shielding plate 12 is inserted are provided at attaching planes 25a, 26a of the light shielding plate of the cartridge main body 11, the end edge 12d is inserted to the concave parts 25e, 26e and attached to the cartridge main body 11, light shielding structure of a labyrinth type is formed.
