PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor capable of reducing a load on a user by performing the notification of an article title which appears on the same page without superimposition concerning a Web page to be updated and detected. SOLUTION: The information processor 100 includes: a past data recording part 3 for recording past data; a difference extracting part 2 for comparing input data with past data so as to extract a difference; an article title extracting part 4 for extracting a character string including a link to an article text as the article title from the extracted difference; a notification candidate storage part 6 for storing the article title of input data as a notification candidate; a same article deleting part 7 for comparing the article title of the input data with the article title of the past data and deleting the article title of the input data from the notification candidate when the article title of the input data is coincident with the article title of the past data; and a notification sentence generating part 9 for generating update information, based on the notification candidate.
