摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lifetime prediction system for plant piping and its lifetime prediction method for predicting the lifetime of piping of evaluation object, by simulating the evaluation object piping in a similar state and measuring various data in the simulation state. SOLUTION: The lifetime prediction system of plant piping comprises a weight-loading mechanism 13 placed in piping test section 10 provided in an evaluation object piping for giving a load to a piping test piece 12, a means for simulating flow state, the characteristics and temperature of fluid supplied to the piping test piece 12, a corrosion potential measuring system 16 provided to the piping test piece 12 for measuring corrosion, an electric potential difference measuring system 17 provided to the test piece 12 for measuring potential difference, a fluid characteristics measuring system 29 for measuring the characteristics of fluid flowing in the object piping to be set, and a lifetime evaluation system for predicting the lifetime of piping of the object to be evaluated by computing and analyzing, based on at least one piece of data information given by the corrosion potential measuring system 16, the electric potential difference measuring system 17 and the fluid characteristics measuring system 29.
