PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection device capable of improving inspection efficiency, while keeping high inspection accuracy. SOLUTION: This device has a constitution capable of executing insulation inspection to a circuit board 100, by being equipped with a feedback type current detection circuit 2 having a plurality of capacitors 24a, 24b, 24c, 24d connected to a negative-feedback route, for detecting a current flowing between prescribed portions on the circuit board 100 by applying an inspection signal; a capacitor connection circuit 25 for connecting each capacitor 24a, 24b, 24c, 24d to the negative-feedback route; and a control part for connecting a stray capacity value Cs between the prescribed portions on the circuit board 100 and one or more of the capacitors 24a, 24b, 24c, 24d correlated with at least either of the prescribed portions to the negative-feedback route by controlling the capacitor connection circuit 25.
