PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for reinforcing a dam body or fill by means of a sandbag which exerts a great force against back earth pressure, and exerts high stability against a slip, particularly, even during an earthquake. SOLUTION: In the structure for reinforcing the dam body or the fill, the sandbags are arranged in such a manner that one end of the sandbag is positioned on the surface layer of a slope, and in such a manner as to be inclined by an angle of depression with respect to a horizontal direction from one end of the sandbag to the other end thereof.
