PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the simultaneous filling of an injection mold having a multi-cavity pinpoint gate. SOLUTION: In a multi-cavity fixed mold 15, another stripper plate (lower) 13 is added to a conventional stripper plate (upper) 12. A main sprue part 17 is formed to a fixed attaching plate 11 and the stripper plate (upper) 12, and a runner part 18 and a sub-sprue part 19 are formed to the stripper plate (lower) 13. The runner part 18 and the sub-sprue part 19 are formed to the stripper plate (lower) 13, and the runner part 18 and the pinpoint gate 23 are formed to a cavity plate 14. The respective runner parts 21 and vertical runner parts 22 from the sub-sprue part 19 to respective gates A, B, C and D are formed into the same shape. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
