PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a recovery device for a blast medium capable of recovering the blast medium dropped on a sheet without sucking the seat. SOLUTION: Upon completion of blast medium projection work, a suction vehicle 80 is connected with a rotary body 74 through an electric power cable 76 and a suction hose 78. That is, when the suction vehicle 80 runs from an inner side close to the rotary body 74 toward an outer side centered on a rotary shaft axis P of the rotary body 74, the power cable 76 and the suction hose 78 are wound around the rotary body 74 for connection. After that, the electric power cable 76 and the suction hose 78 are wound back while rotating the rotary body 74 to suck and recover the blast medium 26 dropped on the sheet 70 from a suction port 60 of the suction vehicle 80 while letting the suction vehicle 80 run substantially spirally centered on a rotary shaft axis P of the rotary body 74. Since the suction port 60 is arranged in a bottom part between left and right wheels 88 and 90 of the suction vehicle 80, the blast medium 26 dropped on the sheet 70 can be recovered without sucking the sheet 70.
