PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tree crusher weakening force loaded onto the rotary shaft of a crushing device when being crushed. SOLUTION: This tree crusher 1 comprises the crushing device 4 attaching a blade 11 crushing a material to be crushed on the outer periphery of the rotary shaft 9, a driving belt 17 put across the one end side of the rotary shaft 9 of the crushing device 4 to transmit torque to the rotary shaft 9, and the cast port 3 of the material to be crushed arranged on the side putting the driving belt 17 of the rotary shaft across it and communicated inside the rotary track of the blade 11 of the crushing device 4, wherein force F1 loaded from the driving belt 17 to the rotary shaft 9 as tension and force F2 loaded to the rotary shaft 9 when being crushed are provided on the same side of the rotary shaft 9 to prevent the generation of force so as to pry the rotary shaft 9.
