PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body fluid sampling device with a stimulating member and a pusher member. SOLUTION: The device for collecting a sample of the body fluid has a housing with a sleeve at the distal end. The sleeve can be moved in response as the sleeve is pressed on the skin of a user as the trigger for the shot of a lancet. After the lancet is removed from the incised part, the sleeve is repeatedly pressed on the skin to sink an annular body tissue in such a way as to surround the incised part, and the body fluid is extracted to the outside through the incised part. Next, the pusher member is operated to push out a capillary through the front end of the housing. The lancet is a disposable lancet. When the disposable lancet is set or removed, the lancet is inserted through the upper end of a lancet carrier. As the capillary functions so as to push a safety device to an unsafe position, the device can not be prepared for the shot unless the disposable lancet is set inside the housing.
