An articulated, steerable, toy vehicle (10, 10', 10") includes a first wheeled vehicle portion (20, 20', 20") and a second wheeled vehicle portion (40, 40', 40") pivotally coupled thereto. A steering lever (60) has a free first end (60a) and an opposing second end (60b) pivotally coupled to the second wheeled vehicle portion and operably coupled to the first wheeled vehicle portion. Rotation of the steering lever relative to the second wheeled vehicle portion pivots the first wheeled vehicle portion relative to the second wheeled vehicle portion.
