The ratchet has a drive wheel arranged as a part of a fast rotating device (20) at a shaft (12) in a rotatable manner. The drive wheel is provided in rotatable connection with an output wheel, which is another part of the device. The output wheel is connected with a drive pivot (16) or a unit rotatable with the drive pivot in a torque proof manner. An intermediate wheel is arranged between the drive wheel and the output wheel, where the drivel wheel, output wheel and intermediate wheel are made from plastic or metal.
