CALL CONNECTION METHOD OF IP TELEPHONE TERMINAL, ITS TRANSFER METHOD AND SERVER DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable an IP telephone system based on peer-to-peer technology to assign a call request from a telephone terminal of a caller to a telephone terminal callee to allow a communication between both terminals. SOLUTION: An ACD (Automated Call Distribution) server device 30 specifies an operator telephone terminal 20 to be a candidate for the transmitting destination from among a group of IP telephone terminals specified by a user, confirms propriety of a call by inquiring an operator telephone terminal 20 of the specified candidate for transmitting destination and after that, notifies a user telephone terminal 10 of an IP telephone number of the operator telephone terminal 20. A call is connected between the IP telephone terminals by originating the call to the operator telephone terminal 20 by peer-to-peer based on the notified IP telephone number by the user telephone terminal 10 and automatically responding to call origination by the operator telephone terminal 20.
