PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the user of a client terminal C from unexpectedly becoming unable to continue document editing operation. SOLUTION: This system is a thin client system wherein the client terminal C and a server S perform radio communication, and the server S performs editing processings of a document, in response to an editing instruction received from the client terminal C. The client terminal C transmits the positional information detected by a position sensor 14 to the server S by radio. In the server S, a prediction means 4 predicts that the client terminal C wil become incapable of performing radio communication, by using radio communication area information 2 and the positional information of the client terminal, and an advance notification means 5 transmits the prediction result to the client terminal C by radio.
