PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable selection of video recording images and execution of video recording without interrupting video images and audios during viewing. SOLUTION: Video audio signals from each of input sources which are output from a signal generator 110 are supplied to a synthesizer 103 via a signal switch 120, and divided and displayed on a screen of a display unit 104. When a user operates an actuator 106 to select a desired video image from among video images displayed on the screen and instructs video recording, the signal switch 120 switches connection of a switch 128 so that video audio signals corresponding to the selected video image can be supplied to a recorder 102 in control of a microcomputer 101 without changing the video and audio currently viewed, and the recorder 102 records the video audio signals supplied via the switch 128.
