ROTARY ELECTRONIC COMPONENT WITH PUSH SWITCH MECHANISM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary electronic component with a push switch mechanism capable of providing functions of the push switch mechanism to the rotary electronic components having various structures, and allowing the push switch mechanism to be operated only when a knob is pressed from a predetermined direction. SOLUTION: The rotary electronic component with the push switch mechanism is provided with: a rotary electronic component 10; a case 130 for vertically movably housing the rotary electronic component 10 and for projecting an upper part of the rotary electronic component 10 to the upper surface side thereof by forming an opening 135; and the push switch mechanism 150 installed on the undersurface side of the rotary electronic component 10 and turned on/off by the vertical movement of the rotary electronic component 10. The rotary electronic component with the push switch mechanism is also provided with a knob push prevention mechanism comprising insertion parts 143 and lock parts 117 for preventing a push operation of a knob 110 when the knob 110 attached to the rotary electronic component 10 is located at a rotational position other than a predetermined rotational position (a neutral position in this embodiment).
