PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, when a holder having contained a small electronic component is installed on a case of an equipment, a pressing flange locked to the electronic component is turned up and separated. SOLUTION: An overhang portion 16 which protrudes from the pressing flange 13 toward the tube axis direction of a holding part 11 is formed at a prescribed length portion on an inner fringe of the pressing flange 13. Thereby, when the holder 10 having contained a small electronic component 6 is installed on the case of equipment, the overhang portion 16 is locked to the electronic component 6 and turning-up of the pressing flange 13 can be prevented, even if the pressing flange 13 gets turned up and starts to be separated from the electronic component 6.
