PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembly structure of a flywheel housing which miniaturizes the flywheel housing while preventing complication and maintaining the strength. SOLUTION: The assembly structure of the flywheel housing 9 includes a cylinder block 7 constituting an internal combustion engine, the flywheel housing 9 covering a flywheel, and a clutch housing 10 containing a clutch mechanism therein. The flywheel housing 9 is arranged between the cylinder block 7 and the clutch housing 10.
