PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shutter capable of preventing sounding when opening and closing the shutter. SOLUTION: This shutter has a shutter box 4 storing a winding part 3 hoisting and lowering at least a shutter slat 2 and a guide rail 5 arranged under the shutter box 4 and liftably guiding both side parts of the shutter slat 2. The shutter slat 2 is composed of a plurality of slat members 12 made of an aluminum section connected in the vertical direction. An inwardly curved lower side folding-back part 16 having an expanded curved surface part 15 on the tip is formed on the lower side of the upper slat member among the vertically adjacent slat members. An upper side folding-back part 18 curving outside in response to the lower side folding-back part 16 and having a fixing part 17 slidingly fixed to the expanded curved surface part 15, is formed on the upper side of the lower slat.
