PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the extension of an in-soil gel time so as to equalize a pH value of injection-liquid infiltration and consolidation ground near neutrality and equalize intensity distribution, by setting a gel time of the homogel of an injection liquid longer than the injection time of the injection liquid at this injection state and setting the gel time of sand gel shorter than the injection time, in a grouting method for injecting the nonalkaline silica injection liquid into the ground. SOLUTION: The silica injection liquid is injected in such a manner that a pH value of the silica injection liquid is gradually changed, the extension of the in-soil gel time accompanied by the progress of the injection is reduced by setting the pH value of the preceding injection liquid low and setting a pH value of a following injection liquid high; and the pH value of the injection-liquid infiltration and consolidation ground is equalized near neutrality.
