PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeper connecting structure which can reduce a risk that a bolt or a nut may be loosened or damaged even if a force acts in the direction of the vertical separation of sleeper connecting members, when sleepers are connected to one another by means of the sleeper connecting member. SOLUTION: In this sleeper connecting structure 1, the sleepers are connected to one another by means of a pair of the sleeper connecting members 10a and 10b which are provided with flat plate-like horizontal plates 16 and 18, respectively. The sleeper 81 is connected in a state of being sandwiched between the horizontal plates 16 and 18. The members 10a and 10b are provided with vertical plates 17 and 19, respectively, and the vertical plates 17 and 19 are fixed to each other. Thus, even if a force acts on the horizontal plates 16 and 18 in the direction of vertical separation of them, the motion of them in the direction can be regulated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
