PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compressingly fill a sealing material without impairing the reliability of a seal in a seal structure in which a gasket is fitted into a vertical joint formed between the outer wall panels of a building outer wall and the sealing material is filled in a lateral joint. SOLUTION: The gasket 11 comprises a column part 13, an outer surface lip 14 formed at the upper end of the column part 13 projectedly to the side, a center lip 15 formed at the intermediate portion of the column part 13 projectedly to the side, and a bottom lip 16 formed at the lower end of the column part 13 projectedly to the side. A sealing material receiving part in which a rubber or resin foam body 17 is fitted to the end of the gasket between the outer surface lip 14 and the intermediate lip 15 on both sides of the column part and between the intermediate lip 15 and the bottom lip 16 and formed of a polyethylene sheet 12 is mounted at the end of the gasket. When the gasket 11 is fitted to the vertical joint 3, the sheet 12 covers a cross part 7 where the vertical joint 3 crosses the lateral joint 5 and the sealing material 6 is filled onto the sheet 12 of the cross part 7 and in the lateral joint 5.
