PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a pressure applied to an extrusion die upon high speed extrusion; to suppress the increase of temperature; to prevent the chipping of a center pillar and the generation of the peeling in the surface of a product; and to improve an extrusion rate. SOLUTION: A conform type extrusion die for extruding one product is provided, wherein the male die in the extrusion die to be used is controlled to 20 to 40% of the thickness of the whole, and the diameter of a port to the outside diameter of the die is controlled to 55 to 80%.
