It is possible to rapidly transfer a content from a content server device to an on-vehicle player while protecting the copyright of the content. A content server device (10) includes: a unique information holding unit (103) holding unique information on an on-vehicle player device (20); a content acquisition unit (101) for acquiring a content from outside; an encryption unit (104) for encrypting the acquired content into an encrypted content by using the unique information prior to a transmission request from the on-vehicle player device (20); an accumulation unit (105) for accumulating the encrypted content; and a transmission unit (107) for transmitting the encrypted content accumulated according to the transmission request from the on-vehicle player device (20). The on-vehicle player device (20) has a storage medium (208) for storing the encrypted content received and a decryption unit (209) for decrypting the encrypted content stored, according to the reproduction request given from outside.
