An RF transceiver apparatus, a power switching apparatus, a switching method and a mobile terminal are provided to improve the efficiency of a PAM(Power Amplifier Module) by selectively installing an output matching circuit and reduce current consumption of a battery when outputting maximum power. A processor(100) receives various information from the exterior and outputs corresponding data and signal. A PAM(300) amplifies voltage. A switching circuit unit(500) splits an output voltage of the PAM(300). A switch(400) is operated as voltage outputted from the PAM(300) is interposed in power line applied from the switching circuit unit(500) and specific data is received from the processor(100). An RF conversion module(200) transmits an output signal. A duplexer(600) splits a radiowave according to the voltage split by the switching circuit unit(500) and transmits it. |
