The heater has a heating unit (2) with a glass fiber fabric (2.3) utilized as a base material, and a polymer utilized as composite material. A carbon fiber (2.2) is woven in the glass fiber fabric of the heating unit. Metallic electrical conductors (2.1) woven in the fiber fabric are wound around the carbon fiber. Isolation levels are made of the glass fiber fabric and base material, where the qualitative high-valued ecological materials and components are industrially disposed.
