The unit has a retaining plate (4) designed as a pipe flange (5`) of a pipe (5). A guide shaft is firmly connected with a rotor (9) of a torque motor (1), and a rotor flange (9`) is supported at a stator (11) of the torque motor over a radial-axial bearing (10). A common armature (13) of two linear motors (2) is guided by using a guiding unit, and is connected with a support plate. The retaining plate (4) is supported in the support plate over a radial-axial bearing (17), and the torque motor and the linear motors are arranged coaxially in a housing (12).
