Provided is a resin composition for a mobile phone which is excellent in self-restoration, scratch resistance, cosmetic resistance, impact resistance and abrasion resistance. The resin composition comprises 10-30 wt% of an acrylic resin copolymer; 5-15 wt% of a silicone modified acrylic resin having a hydroxyl functional group; 1.0-5.0 wt% of a polyester-hydroxy modified polysiloxane compound; 0.5-3.0 wt% of an alkoxysilane compound; 0.1-0.5 wt% of a catalyst; 25-50 wt% of a resin diluent; and 20-40 wt% of an isocyanate curing agent. Preferably, the silicon modified acrylic resin has a hydroxyl number of 10-100 mg KOH/g and a weight average molecular weight of 3,000-50,000 and contains 5-40 wt% of silicon; and the polyester-hydroxy modified polysiloxane compound has a hydroxyl number of 30-120 mg KOH/g and a weight average molecular weight of 1,000-30,000 and contains 20-60 wt% of silicon.
