An implant operation fitting device is provided to accurately operate an abutment and prosthesis by using a restraining member, a fixing member, and a screw fastening groove. The fitting device includes a restraining member(21) formed in a shape corresponding to a shape of an abutment(12) installed on a temporarily artificial tooth and receiving the abutment and a fixing member(22) connected between the restraining members for fixing positions of each the restraining member. The restraining member has a groove(23) corresponding to a screw fastening groove(14) of the abutment for advancing a screw(11) through an upper portion thereof. The fitting device is made of resin materials.
