<p>The invention relates to a fabric meant for the surface of the braking parachute, used for the supersonic plane landing and to a process for treating the same. According to the invention, the fabric consists of polyehtyleneterephtalate multifilament yarns , with a yarn-count of 88 plus or minus 5% dtex, each having 34 plus or minus 30% of filaments with swirling of 800 plus or minus 60 z in warp and 350 plus or minus 50 z in weft, a warp count of 415 plus or minus 21 yarns/10 cm, and number of picks of 405 plus or minus 24 yarns/10 cm, the mass of 80 plus or minus 5 g/m2, the warp and weft breaking strength of minimum 60 daN/5 cm, warp and weft breaking elongation of maximum 40%, warp and weft yarns slip resistance of minimum 24 daN, warp and weft resistance to splicing of minimum 2, 5 daN and air permeability determined on a surface of 10 cm2, with a water column of 10 mm, of maximum 1600 l/m2/s, it has a rep weave obtained by using 12 shafts, of which 10 for the base yarns and 2 for the edge yarns, with warp pattern 1-5-9-13-17-21/2-6-10-14-18-22/3-7-11-15-19-23/4-8-12-16-20-24 and RB=16, and the greige cloth is impregnated with a product based on chlorinated paraffin, with a maximum chlorination degree of 70%, in white spirit solvent, having an active substance content of maximum 20%, whereafter there is drained and concentrated at the temperature of 85 plus or minus 5A C, for 3 min.</p> |
