<p>The present invention provides an autonomous cell shaping method for allowing a wireless base station to autonomously determine a radio frequency and a transmission power. For example, a wireless base station (1) to be newly installed collects, in an on-demand manner and without using radio wave information, cell setting information that includes the position information, the transmission power information, and the radio frequency information of the neighboring base stations (2, 3) and determines the radio frequency and the transmission power of the newly-installed wireless base station itself, based on the cell setting information of the neighboring base stations (2, 3).</p> |
