A telescope steering system equipped with a telescope bush is provided to offer a proper degree of sliding force when operating a telescope, simplify the structure, and improve durability of the telescope. A telescope steering system equipped with a telescope bush, comprises a steering axis and a gear unit. The steering axis transmits rotation of a steering wheel of a vehicle and contracts in length direction. One side of the steering axis is enclosed by a housing while the other side by a hollow tube. The gear unit converts rotation of the steering axis to linear motion. The telescope bush is disposed between an inner surface of the housing and an outer surface of the hollow tube, and comprises a core(251) and at least one spherical projection(700). The core having a pipe form is mounted between the inner surface of the housing and the outer surface of the hollow tube. The spherical projection is protruded on outer and inner surfaces of the core. One side of the spherical projection contacts with the inner surface of the housing, and the other side contacts the outer surface of the hollow tube. A coating member is applied on an outer surface of the spherical projection.
