The invention relates to the drill machines and may be used for drilling deep wells. The rotary drill system with liquid drive for drilling wells of great depth includes a body (1), wherein there are installed a turbine (2), a precession reduction gear (3) and a drill tool (4). The turbine (2) contains a stator (5), an additional chamber (10) and a work wheel (8), rigidly fixed onto the input shaft (15) with the inclined flange (16) of the precession reduction gear (3). The precession reduction gear (3) additionally includes a satellite gear unit (18), made of two parts joined between them by means of cams, between which there is installed an elastic element, central wheels: the first (26), rigidly joined with the body (1) and, respectively, the second (27) joined with the body (1) by means of the cams and of the elastic element. The satellite gear unit (18) is joined with the output shaft (31) by means of a ball coupling (32).
