The invention relates to the mechanical engineering and may be used for coupling the shafts of the mechanisms.The fixed coupling comprises two flange half-couplings, onto the end faces of which there are made symmetrically, in one or more rows, spherical sockets, wherein there are installed balls. The flanges of the half-couplings are embraced by a ring with clamp-shaped section, cut into two or more parts that are screwed to one of the half-couplings.
