The self-standing bag comprises a package for accommodating a content, a port (4) provided in the center of the top portion of the package, and reinforcing members (3) formed of a thermoplastic resin which cover the outer faces of both side edges of the package. The lower end portion of the reinforcing member is located above the bottom edge of the package. The lower end portion of the reinforcing member is projected inward of a lower cutout.
