<p>A method of mass-producing a catalyst for preparing carbon nanotubes by agitating a catalyst solution in a mixer, drying the agitated catalyst solution into a gas phase by a heater, and collecting the gas phase is provided. A method of mass-producing a catalyst for preparing carbon nanotubes comprises: a step(S1) of injecting a catalyst solution into a mixer, and agitating the catalyst solution using an agitation means installed within the mixer; a step(S2) of spraying the catalyst solution onto a heater through the spray after moving a catalyst solution discharged from the mixer through a catalyst discharge pipe to a spray via a catalyst supply pipe using a hydraulic pump and a hydraulic controller; a step(S3) of drying the catalyst solution into a gas phase by heating droplets of a catalyst solution sprayed from the spray at a temperature of 100 to 500 deg.C by a heating plate installed within the heater; and a step(S4) of moving a gas generated in the drying step to a burner located above the heater through an exhaust pipe by an exhaust pump, thereby exhausting the gas to the outside, and collecting dried catalyst particles through a collector located under the heater.</p> |
