<p>Cationic direct dye mixture comprising an anthraquinone chromophore, a cationic azo chromophore and/or a cationic hydrazone chromophore, where the anthraquinone chromophore and/or other the cationic chromophore are connected to each other by a linker, is new. Independent claims are included for: (1) a tinctorial composition for dyeing keratinous fibers, particularly human keratinous fibers comprising the direct dye in a medium; (2) a process of dyeing the fibers comprising applying the composition to an optionally dried fibers in the presence of an oxidizing agent, leaving the dyed fibers over a period of time, optionally rinsing the fibers, washing and rinsing the fibers, and drying the fibers or leaving the fibers to dry; and (3) a device comprising compartments in which a first compartment containing the composition and a second compartment containing the oxidizing agent.</p> |
