A method for making kimchi using bean sprout sap is provided to impart a fresh and crispy eating feel to kimchi even after aging the kimchi sufficiently, and to allow users to enjoy kimchi having a unique sweet taste of bean sprouts. The method for making kimchi using bean sprout sap comprises the steps of: providing sap by grinding bean sprouts; mixing the bean sprout sap with various spice materials to provide spice stuffing; and inserting the spice stuffing into main ingredients of kimchi or coating main ingredients of kimchi with the spice stuffing, and introducing the resultant kimchi into a vessel. |
