ONE-ROLLER EXPANDING TOOL FOR DIFFUSION WELDING OF TUBES

摘要

FIELD: diffusion welding in vacuum of short tubes of different-kind materials by roller expanding of embraced tube at temperature of diffusion welding. ^ SUBSTANCE: one-roller expanding tool includes drive shaft on end of which casing with bearing assemblies is arranged. One end of rod is mounted in said bearing assembly; in other end of rod expanding roller is mounted eccentrically relative to rotation axis of drive shaft. Bushing is formed on end of drive shaft. Casing with bearing assemblies is mounted with possibility of rocking inside said bushing on two semi-axles secured to wall of bushing. Over semi-axles in wall of bushing there is unit for adjusting value of eccentricity of expanding roller by changing inclination angle of casing with bearing assemblies relative to rotation axis of drive shaft. Said unit is in the form of two adjustable screws mounted in threaded holes in wall of bushing at opposite sides. ^ EFFECT: reduced vibration of drive shaft at rotation of expanding tool, increased revolution number, shortened time period of expanding cycle, improved quality of diffusion welded joint. ^ 2 cl, 4 dwg
