An installation method of a filter around a perforated pipe of an underground water deep well using a flexible conveying pipe is provided to prevent the lowering in efficiency of water intake and to extend the service life of a deep well by making filtered underground water flow in through a conveying pipe. The installation method of a filter around a perforated pipe of an underground water deep well using a flexible conveying pipe comprises the steps of: installing a tug(21) to penetrate the outside, the front and the inside of a foremost perforated pipe(S11); connecting a perforated pipe(20) to the inside of a casing(30) while keeping the tug installed(S12); pulling a perforated pipe to the front of the perforated pipe by connecting a flexible conveying pipe(41) to the tug of the outside of the perforated pipe and pulling the tug of the inside of the perforated pipe(S13); injecting an admixture of particle filters(40) and water to the space between the casing and the perforated pipe through the conveying pipe, and pulling out the conveying pipe gradually to make the space between the casing and the perforated pipe fill up tightly with the filters(S20); and pulling out the casing after filling up with the filters(S30).
