Claimed composition contains non-natural molecular carcass and antigen or antigen determinant. Non-natural molecular carcass contains core particle bound to organizer comprising the first binding site. Antigen or antigen determinant represents amyloidal beta-peptide (Abeta1-42) or fragment thereof and comprises the second bounding site, wherein antigen or antigen determinant and molecular carcass interact via binding to produce ordered and repeated antigen massive. Also disclosed are pharmaceutical composition, method for immunization, method for production of non-natural, ordered and repeated antigen massive.
