The invention relates to training devices, in particular, to trainers for improving qualitative and quantitative characteristics of wrestling and striking actions and level of readiness of single combaters by practicing accuracy of holds and throws and striking actions, e.g., in different wrestling events, including for practicing at detention of offenders.The invention is aimed at practicing qualitative and quantitative characteristics of striking, holding and throwing exercises and improving the level of readiness of single combaters by training the strength and accuracy of actions, transfer of actions to the level of motor memory.The inventive task is characterized in that a stem is mounted on a base adapted for vertical displacement along two stationary guides set at an angle a mannequin is provided with a supporting pelvis and breast plates, and the stem is provided with a ball and socket joint at the torso level enabling to rotate the upper mannequin part around vertical and horizontal axes relative to the mannequin lower part and simulator of upper extremities for practicing holds and a means for changing loads.There are some other differences from the prototype.The positive effect is achieved at exact exercise repeat only in the given directions of load apply, quick return the training device to the initial state, thus transferring exercises repeat to the level of the motor memory. Wherein the training device is simple enough in manufacturing and operation.At present, there manufactured and tested a production prototype at Higher School of the Interior Ministry, Minsk, drawings are prepared for commercial production. |
