An animal cell is provided to show increased cell adhesiveness to extracellular matrix compared to a conventional animal cell transplanted into damaged tissue organ, thereby showing high survival rate and promoting recovery of the damaged tissue organ. The adhesiveness-enhanced animal cell is characterized in that a fused polypeptide of a tissue transglutaminase(tTG) and a protein transduction domain(PTD) is directly introduced thereinto. The tTG-PTD fused protein is prepared by culturing bacteria transformed by a recombinant vector containing a tTG gene and a PTD gene so as to prepare tTG-PTD fused protein and then recovering the protein therefrom. The cell therapeutic agent for treating damaged tissue or organ comprises the animal cell as an effective ingredient.
