A mobile terminal is provided to be easily applied for a device in which two hinge shafts are provided and an opening angle of the second body is as wide as 360 degrees. The second body(120) is connected with the first body(110) such that it can be opened and closed. An opening/closing unit(200), which includes a hinge connection part(210) and elasticity providing units(250,270), is installed between the first and second bodies(110,120) and allows the second body(120) to be rotated to be opened when the second body is pushed in a lengthwise direction. One end of the hinge connection part(210) is hinge-connected with the first body(110) and the other end thereof is hinge-connected with the second body(120) to allow the second body(120) to be slidably moved with respect to the first body(110). The elasticity providing units(250,270) are installed between the second body(120) and the hinge connection part(210) and make the second body rotate in an opening direction when the second body is slidably moved in the lengthwise direction.
