But at first, it is necessary to show a simple figure for 10 sec, then it should be taken away from the vision field to present a figure with a more complicated picture. A patient should be suggested to find and encircle the simple figure in this complicated picture. At fulfilling the task for more that 180 sec one should diagnose encephalopathy.
