FIELD: electronics. ^ SUBSTANCE: in accordance to invention, one-phased semi-bridge thyristor transformer is proposed, containing two semi-bridges: one semi-bridge consisting of two serially connected thyristors, and second one - of two serially connected capacitors. Introduced into alternating current diagonal is load of primarily transformer type. Invention features transistor semi-bridge additionally introduced into force circuit, enabled in parallel to thyristor semi-bridge. Additional semi-bridge is loaded onto throttle and provides reactive current loading to inverter in standby mode and in case of low load currents. ^ EFFECT: stable operation of inverter in whole spectrum of loads. ^ 3 dwg |
